Degree Verification<\/h2>\n

Kansas Wesleyan University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Verify your degree online<\/a> or send your paper request to:<\/p>\n

Note: You can also verify a degree or enrollment for Marymount College (Salina), the Asbury School of Nursing (Salina), St. Mary of the Plains College (Dodge City), or the Truck Driving School of America through the National Student Clearinghouse.<\/p>\n

Diploma Replacement Request<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Kansas Wesleyan University students can order a replacement diploma by completing the Diploma Request Form<\/a>. Replacement diplomas will be printed on the current diploma format with active administration signatures. Diplomas will not be released if there is an outstanding student account balance. Please complete the form and send it along with payment to the Office of the Registrar address listed above.<\/p>\n

Transcript Request<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Unofficial Transcripts \u2013 Students can access unofficial transcripts in their MyKWU student portal under My Academic Information.<\/p>\n

Official Transcripts<\/a> \u2013 Kansas Wesleyan University has authorized Parchment to provide official transcripts via paper or electronic delivery. Order your official transcript at Parchment.com.<\/p>\n
