Contact the KWU Registrar or your VA Education Benefits Officer for forms and details.<\/p>\n<p>The costs covered by the program vary.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Veteran Readiness and Employment (Chapter 31)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you have a service-connected disability that limits your ability to work or prevents you from working, Veteran Readiness and Employment (formerly called Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment) can help. If you\u2019ve served on active duty after September 10, 2001, you may qualify for the Post-9\/11 GI Bill.<\/p>\n<p>Eligible veterans enrolled in the Chapter 33 Yellow Ribbon program can qualify for 100% tuition paid under this program. Congress has given each service the ability to pay up to 100% for the tuition expenses of its members.<\/p>\n<p>Tuition Assistance is a first payer and will be the first source of financial assistance applied to educational charges, before other forms of financial assistance. SCOs are required to maintain records of VA students and make all records available for inspection, as well as remain updated on current VA rules and benefits. Effective August 1, 2018, all School Certifying Officials are required to complete training every year beginning October 1 through August 31 of the following year. SCO\u2019s must take the online module that corresponds with their facility type.
